This Privacy Policy describes how Bismah Farooq ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications (each an "App"). By using our Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features of the App you use, we may collect the following categories of data. Data listed below is linked to your identity through your account and is used solely to provide the App's functionality. We do not use your data for tracking, advertising, or marketing purposes, and we do not sell your data.

2. How We Use Your Information
- App functionality: to create your account, store your content, provide AI-assisted features where offered, and export documents.
- Subscription management: to verify and manage your subscription status.
- Support: to respond to your questions and requests.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising, marketing beyond the App, or tracking across other companies' apps and websites. We do not share your data with data brokers.
3. Service Providers
We use trusted third-party services to operate our Apps. These providers process your data only to provide their services to us:
- Google Firebase (authentication and database) — stores your account information and content. See Firebase Privacy.
- RevenueCat (subscription management) — processes your subscription status and purchase history. See RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
- OpenAI (AI text generation, where AI features are offered) — processes the text you submit to generate output. See OpenAI Privacy Policy.
- Apple (payments) — all payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. We never receive your payment card details.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data and content for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, your personal data and content are deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
5. Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App. You may also request deletion by emailing us at bismahfarooq58@gmail.com. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed as described in Section 4.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. 9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed on servers located outside of your country. We take steps to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
