Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications (each an "App"), operated by Bismah Farooq ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

Our Apps let you create, edit, and export documents and content, and may include AI-assisted features. Some features require an internet connection and an account.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Our Apps may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly, or yearly plans) that unlock premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price shown at purchase.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

4. AI-Generated Content

Where our Apps use artificial intelligence to generate text or other content, AI output may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before relying on it. Any scores, analyses, or suggestions are estimates and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create in our Apps ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the App's features (for example, storing your documents and submitting text to our AI provider to generate output). We do not use Your Content for advertising and do not sell it.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use our Apps for any unlawful purpose or to create false, fraudulent, or misleading documents intended to deceive;
• attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our Apps;
• interfere with or disrupt our Apps or their servers;
• use our Apps to infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• resell, rent, or lease our Apps or access to them.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Apps, including their design, templates, software, and branding, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms and the EULA, no rights are transferred to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Apps if you violate these Terms. You may stop using our Apps and delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 9, and 10) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

OUR APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR APPS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, OPPORTUNITY, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR APPS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer resides, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
