Migraine Tracker: Headache Log
Migraine Tracker is a calm, dark migraine and headache diary for iPhone. Tap one button when a migraine starts, and it times the attack and records the local air pressure. Over time it shows which triggers really matter for you, and gives you a clear report for your doctor.
Migraine Tracker in brief
Who it's for
People with migraines or frequent headaches who want to find their triggers and show their doctor clear records.
Works on
iPhone, iOS 26 or later
Price
Free to download. Migraine Tracker Pro is $2.99/month, $14.99/year with a 1-week free trial, or $34.99 once for lifetime access.
Privacy
Records stay on your iPhone. Location is used only to read the local weather when a migraine starts and is not stored. No account, no ads.
Limitations
A tracking tool, not a medical device: it doesn't diagnose or treat anything, and it shows a trigger only once there is enough data (at least 8 migraines over 30 days).

A look inside
Everything Migraine Tracker does
Log a migraine in 3 taps
Tap "Migraine started", then set the pain on a dial and tap where it hurts on a head map. Symptoms, aura and medication are optional.
Weather and air pressure, automatic
Air pressure, its change over 24 hours, humidity and temperature are saved when each migraine starts.
Find your triggers
Compares days with and without pressure drops, short sleep, caffeine, alcohol, skipped meals, stress and the day of the week, and only shows a pattern when the data supports it.
Pressure-drop alerts
A heads-up a few hours before a big forecast pressure drop (Pro).
Medication log
Record what you took and whether it helped. A gentle note appears if acute medication is used on 10 or more days in 30, which is worth mentioning to a doctor.
Doctor-ready report
A one-page PDF with headache days per month, average pain and duration, medication and relief, and possible triggers, plus a CSV export (Pro).
Apple Health
Sleep fills in automatically from Apple Health, and each migraine is saved as a Headache entry.
Easy on the eyes
Dark by default, with low-glare colors, and the whole app dims while a migraine is active.
Free to download

Coming soonFrequently asked questions
How do I find out what triggers my migraines?
Log each migraine (Migraine Tracker records the weather automatically) and do the optional 10-second daily check-in for sleep, caffeine, stress and meals. After at least 8 migraines over 30 days, the app compares days with and without each factor and shows the ones linked to more migraines.
Can weather or air pressure cause migraines?
Many people report that drops in air pressure come before their migraines. Migraine Tracker records the pressure change at every attack so you can see whether it's true for you.
Is Migraine Tracker a medical device?
No. It's a tracking tool that helps you notice patterns and share records with your doctor. It doesn't diagnose or treat any condition.
Can I share my migraine diary with my doctor?
Yes. Pro creates a one-page PDF summary with headache days, pain, duration, medication and possible triggers, plus a CSV of every attack.
How much does Migraine Tracker cost?
It's free to download with unlimited logging and the last 30 days of history. Pro is $2.99/month, $14.99/year with a 1-week free trial, or $34.99 once.
