Does Rent Tracker collect rent from tenants?
No. It records payments however tenants pay (cash, check, Zelle or bank transfer) and never moves money or links to bank accounts.
How are late fees calculated?
You choose a flat fee, a percent of rent or a daily fee with an optional cap. It applies after the grace period you set, and stops growing once the rent is paid.
Can I give my tenant a rent receipt?
Yes. Any month with a payment can be shared as a PDF rent receipt, and you can create a full statement for a tenant.
